Paint, glue and other materials used in renovations are often difficult to remove from floors, frames and other components. If you want to save yourself this work, you should use a tarpaulin or painter cover fleece. For the protection of frames, skirting boards and other small-sized components such as sockets and switches there is also masking tape in various designs.
Good preparation of the rooms saves you a lot of work when painting and wallpapering walls and carrying out other types of decorative wall painting. You can avoid paint sprays by covering or masking all surfaces which are not to be painted. Otherwise, you would have to remove these splashes from floors, windows, doors and skirting boards at great effort. The use of painter cover fleeces and masking tape for smaller areas is therefore definitely worthwhile and alleviates your concerns.
The floor remains clean with tarpaulins and painter cover fleeces
Large tarpaulins are mainly used for flooring. Thanks to the tarpaulin it doesn't matter if a little paint or paste drips onto the floor during painting or wallpapering. Even dropping a paintbrush or having dirty shoes on the tarpaulin is not a problem. Renovation fleeces are not only suitable as floor protection however. They can also be used to cover larger furniture which may be difficult to transport out of the room. Thus, cabinets and seating sets can remain in the room while the walls or ceiling are being painted. Light foils on a roll are sufficient to cover pieces of furniture. For the floor and for work which creates a lot of dirt, the extra strong designs from our shop ADLER Farbenmeister are more suitable. The non-skid painter cover fleece is an additional option which provides you with the necessary safety, especially when used on smooth surfaces such as tiles. .
Masking tape protects skirting boards, window frames and much more
Smaller components such as light switch covers and sockets as well as skirting boards can be removed before painting the walls. Alternatively, however, they can also be masked to prevent contamination of their surfaces. For this purpose, we offer masking tape in various designs. They can easily be stripped after completion of the walls together with the paint sprays. In this way, they also ensure a clean edge finish. Masking tape and crepe tape are suitable for masking all materials such as wood, metal or plastic.
